摘要
为提升公路工程造价管理的数字化水平,推动公路建设的高质量发展,聚焦公路工程造价管理领域,开展了数字化成熟度评价方法的研究与实践应用。首先,运用德尔菲和层次分析等方法建立了公路工程造价管理数字化成熟度评价指标体系,并明确了各评价指标的权重比例;其次,划分了公路工程造价管理数字化成熟度等级,并提出了评价指标的典型行为;然后,形成了基于模糊综合评价法的公路工程造价管理数字化成熟度等级判断方法;最后,依托典型的公路工程项目进行了实证分析。通过本研究工作的开展,既为工程管理或数字化领域的成熟度理论研究提供了研究方法或工具的参考,又有助于公路建设项目造价管理数字化的方案规划、差距识别和改进提升。
To enhance the digitization level of highway engineering cost management,and promote the high-quality development of highway construction,the study focuses on the field of highway engineering cost management,and conducts research and practical application of digital maturity assessment methodologies.Initially,the Delphi technique and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were utilized to establish the evaluation index system for assessing digital maturity of highway engineering cost management along with clarifying weight ratios for each evaluation index.Subsequently,the digital maturity levels of highway engineering cost management were delineated.The typical behaviors corresponding to evaluation indicators were proposed.Furthermore,the methodology for determining digital maturity levels of highway engineering cost management was formulated,leveraging the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach.Finally,the empirical analysis was conducted,referencing typical highway engineering projects.The execution of this study not only provides the reference for research methods or tools in the theoretical study of maturity in engineering management and digitization fields,but also contributes to the digital solution planning for cost management in highway construction projects,as well as the identification of gaps and areas for improvement.
