智慧城市流域一体化管理关键技术及应用实践

Key Technology and Application Practice for Smart City Watershed Integrated Management

摘要 为提升城市流域一体化管理水平,满足城市流域治理开发的实际需求,从数据一体化及系统一体化层面提出多源异构数据质量评估、数字孪生场景构建这两项关键技术及应用。首先,构建数据质量评价指标体系,采用主客观相结合的评价方法优化数据质量;然后,通过构建数据模型、搭建三维场景骨架、构建数字孪生模型,还原实现1∶1真实城市流域空间,实现城市流域一体化管理及场景动态模拟。结果表明:应用多源异构数据质量评估后,城市流域、建筑、气象等多维度、多场景数据的有效性、可靠性得到显著提升,但在客观性上仍有提升空间;数字孪生流域能够更加直观地反映城市流域基本情况以及变化趋势,为城市流域一体化规划建设、运行维护、实施管理提供参考,但也需控制成本投入。 To enhance the integrated management of urban watersheds and meet the practical needs of governance and development,two key technologies and the applications were proposed from the perspectives of data integration and system integration of assessing quality of heterogeneous data from multiple sources and constructing digital twin scenarios.Firstly,the evaluation indicator system was constructed.The combined method was employed to optimize data quality.Then,by building data models,establishing three-dimensional scene frameworks,and developing digital twin models,the 1∶1 representation of urban watershed spaces was achieved,facilitating integrated management and dynamic scenario simulation.The result indicates that with the application of multi-source heterogeneous data quality assessment,the effectiveness and reliability of multidimensional,multisensory data for urban watersheds,buildings,and meteorology are significantly improved.However,there is still something left to improve in objectivity.The digital twins provide the more intuitive reflection of urban watershed fundamentals and trends,offering guidance for planning,maintenance,and management,though the cost control was necessary.
