公路交通信息发布设施状态监测与故障诊断技术

Status Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Technology for Highway Traffic Information Release Equipment

摘要 公路交通信息发布设施是公路交通系统中的重要设施,是及时向道路使用者发布指令或提供信息、确保行车安全的关键设施。开展该设施运行状态监测和故障诊断与管控技术研究可有效提升该设施设备运行良好率,降低设施设备故障对公路交通运行的影响,确保行车安全。从公路交通信息发布设施的结构原理入手,开展了公路交通信息发布设施状态监测与故障诊断技术研究,分析了公路交通信息发布设施运行状态与故障表征之间的逻辑关系,建立了适用于公路交通信息发布设施的故障树模型,研发了设备状态监测与故障诊断装置,并依托公路交通试验场完成了交通信息发布设备状态监测与故障诊断技术的测试验证。结果表明:提出的交通信息发布设备状态监测与故障诊断技术不仅能实现对交通信息发布设施设备运行状态的实时监测,同时能发现并完成故障诊断。 Highway traffic information release facilities are important in highway traffic system,which are key facilities for timely issuing instructions or providing information to road users,ensuring driving safety.Conducting research on the operation status monitoring,fault diagnosis and control technology of these facilities can effectively improve the good operation rate of facilities and equipment,reduce the influence of equipment failures on highway traffic operation,and ensure driving safety.The study starts with the structural principles of highway traffic information publishing facilities,conducts research on the status monitoring and fault diagnosis technology for highway traffic information release facilities,analyzes the logical relationship between operation status and fault characterization of highway traffic information release facilities,establishes the fault tree model suitable for highway traffic information release facilities,develops equipment status monitoring and fault diagnosis devices,and completes the test and verification on traffic information release equipment status monitoring and fault diagnosis technology based on the highway traffic test field.The result indicates that the traffic information release equipment status monitoring and fault diagnosis technology proposed in the study can not only achieve real-time monitoring of operating status of traffic information release equipment,but also discover and complete fault diagnosis.
