公路平面交叉安全养护评价研究

Safety Maintenance Evaluation on Highway At-grade Intersection

摘要 在役各等级公路随着使用年限的增加,道路主体及交安设施的各类病害不断涌现,致使交通安全隐患增加,威胁到交通参与者的生命财产安全。为使公路平面交叉口的养护决策更加精细化、养护工作更具针对性,收集有关公路平面交叉安全养护的22个指标,采用层次分析法对指标进行权重分析,建立了公路平交口的安全养护评价模型,在此基础上通过模型评价分析与专家主观打分的方式对80条试验路段进行分析,验证了养护评价模型的科学性,通过对养护评价模型中各指标进行权重分析,得到在公路平交口养护过程中养护项目的重要性排序。结果表明,公路平交口安全养护评价模型可以适用于国内普通公路平交口安全现状的评价;在平交口安全养护工作中,对路面路肩养护的优先级要高于对安全设施、管理设施、照明设施的养护。 As the highway service life with various levels increases,the various diseases of road body and traffic safety facilities continue to emerge,leading to an increase in traffic safety hazards and threatening life and property safety of traffic participants.To make the maintenance decision-making of highway at-grade intersection more refined and the maintenance work more targeted,22 indicators related to the safety maintenance of highway at-grade intersection were collected.The analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the weight of indicators.The safety maintenance evaluation model for highway at-grade intersection was established.Based on this,80 experimental sections were analyzed through model evaluation analysis and subjective scoring by experts,verifying the scientificness of model.The result indicates that the safety maintenance evaluation model for highway at-grade intersection can basically reflect the safety status of ordinary highway at-grade intersections in China.During the maintenance process,the maintenance importance of traffic safety facilities,lighting facilities,and traffic management facilities is lower than that of road shoulder maintenance.
