等级公路路段韧性评价方法

摘要 为了解决等级公路灾后抢修路段决策困难的问题,依据灾害影响程度和救灾工程实际,建立了灾害致灾因子综合韧性评价模型。依据灾害自身特点和对等级公路通行能力影响的方式,将灾害分为直接灾害和间接灾害两类,依据不同灾害对等级公路的破坏形式,建立了统一致灾因子评价体系。依据致灾因子对路段通行能力的影响程度将路段通行能力进行分类,计算出等级公路路段韧性间接和直接评价指标。结合不同灾害实际应急处置工程经验,统计不同灾害所需修复时间,利用权重方法计算等级公路路段韧性综合评价指标,进一步依据车道数计算出等级公路路段韧性评价指标,实现等级公路路段韧性评价。 To solve the problem of difficult decision making for emergency repair on classified highway after disaster,the comprehensive toughness evaluation model for disaster factors was established according to the disaster impact degree and the actual disaster relief engineering.According to the disaster characteristics and ways to affect traffic capacity of classified highway,the disasters were divided into direct disasters and indirect disasters.According to the damage forms of different disasters to classified highways,the unified disaster factor evaluation system was established.According to the degree of influence of disaster-causing factors on highway section capacity,the highway section capacity was classified.The indirect and direct evaluation indicators of toughness of classified highway sections were calculated.Combining with the actual experience of different disaster emergency management projects,the repair time required for different disasters were calculated.The comprehensive evaluation indicators of toughness of classified highway sections were calculated by using the weight method.According to the number of lanes,the evaluation indicators of toughness of classified highway section are calculated to realize the toughness evaluation on classified highway sections.
