基于路表纹理的沥青路面抗滑性能研究

Study on Asphalt Pavement Skid Resistance Based on Pavement Texture

摘要 为探究不同沥青路面类型的抗滑性能,并优选表征抗滑性能的路表纹理指标,对SMA-13,UT-5,AC-16,环氧表处路面和SBS改性沥青路面5种类型路面的抗滑性能和纹理指标进行了研究。通过手持式激光扫描仪获取服役路面真实纹理,利用逆向重构技术构建数字路表纹理,以此编程计算了不同类型路面的纹理指标。通过动态旋转式摩擦因数测试仪获取不同滑动速度下路面的摩擦系数,分析路面纹理指标与动态摩擦系数的相关性,对纹理指标进行了优选。结果表明,幅度相关的纹理指标与抗滑性能的相关性较好,其中H_(MPD),H_(MTD)与路面抗滑性能的线性相关性最强,可以较好地表征路面的抗滑性能。形状相关的纹理指标因受纹理间距影响较大,对路面抗滑性能的表征效果相对较差。幅度相关的纹理指标H_(MPD),H_(MTD),R_(a),R_(q)以及形状相关指标中的Δa之间均具有较高的线性相关性,相关系数在0.5~0.7之间,而与纹理指标Rsk,Rku的相关性较小,几乎低于0.4。对于所选用的5种路面类型,各路面抗滑性能从大到小为环氧表处>AC-16>UT-5>SBS>SMA-13,这一趋势与各路面纹理指标H_(MPD),H_(MTD),R_(a),R_(q),Δa的大小关系几乎相同,因此建议选择纹理指标H_(MPD),H_(MTD),R_(a),R_(q),Δa作为路面抗滑及路表纹理表征的指标。 To explore the skid resistance of different kinds of pavement,and optimize the texture parameters,the skid resistance and texture parameters of 5 pavements were studied,including SMA-13,UT-5,AC-16,fine surface treatment,and SBS modified asphalt pavement.The surface textures of in-service asphalt pavement were captured by using hand-held laser scanner.The texture parameters were calculated.The friction coefficients of pavement at different speeds were obtained by using dynamic rotary friction coefficient tester(DFT).The correlation between texture parameters and dynamic friction coefficient was analyzed,and the texture parameters were selected.The result indicates that the amplitude-related parameters have good correlation with skid resistance.Especially,the correlation among H_(MPD),H_(MTD)and the skid resistance was the highest,which means H_(MPD)and H_(MTD)can better characterize the skid resistance.The shape-related parameters are poorly correlated with the skid resistance because of the texture spacing.The amplitude-related parameters(H_(MPD),H_(MTD),R_(a),R_(q))and shape-related parameter(Δa)have high linear correlations with each other,while the correlation with Rsk and Rku was small,almost lower than 0.4.For the 5 kinds of pavement,the skid resistance from large to small is as follow:fine surface treatment>AC-16>UT-5>SBS>SMA-13.The tendency is same as the H_(MPD),H_(MTD),R_(a),R_(q)andΔa.Therefore,the texture parameters H_(MPD),H_(MTD),R_(a),R_(q),Δa are suggested to evaluate the pavement skid resistance.
