摘要
为了提高高速公路改扩建工程中护栏设置的经济性和安全性,实现材料循环再利用,通过规范符合性检验和碰撞数值仿真模拟,研究提出中央分隔带永久护栏和改扩建施工区临时护栏相结合的设置方案。中央分隔带分设式混凝土护栏的设计防护等级为SAm级,结合施工区的道路交通环境条件,提出施工区临时护栏的设计碰撞条件为:碰撞车型1.5 t小型客车、10 t大型客车和10 t大型货车,碰撞速度60 km/h,碰撞角度15°。中央分隔带永久护栏为预制拼装的混凝土护栏,混凝土护栏块之间采用工字型纵向连接,护栏构造符合现行标准规定。将工字钢纵向连接的预制混凝土护栏块平摆浮搁于路面,作为施工区临时护栏使用。采用经实车碰撞试验校核的仿真模型参数,进行施工区临时护栏“车辆-护栏”碰撞仿真模拟,安全性能满足要求。
To improve the economy and safety of guardrail installation in expressway reconstruction and expansion project,and to realize the recycling and reuse of materials,the code conformance test and collision numerical simulation are used to study and put forward the combination of permanent guardrail in central division and temporary guardrail in reconstruction and expansion construction area.The design protection level of concrete median barrier is SAm level.Combined with the road traffic environment conditions in construction area,the design impact conditions of temporary barrier in construction area are proposed.The impact vehicles are 1.5 t car,10 t bus,and 10 t truck.The impact speed is 60 km/h,and the impact angle is 15°.The permanent median barrier is a precast concrete barrier,and the longitudinal connection between concrete barrier blocks is I-beam.The barrier structure conforms to the current standard.The precast concrete barrier blocks connected longitudinally with I-beam are placed on the pavement with flat swing,and used as a temporary barrier in the construction area.The simulation model parameters verified with the real impact tests are used to simulate the vehicle-barrier impact of temporary barrier in construction area.The safety performance meets the requirements.The study result can be used to guide the design of permanent and temporary barriers in reconstruction and extension expressway projects.
