摘要
当前SB级三波梁护栏在我国公路上的应用比例越来越大,但日常养护中发现护栏拼接螺栓存在缺失的情况。为了解拼接螺栓缺失对护栏防护性能的影响情况,以现行《公路交通安全设施设计细则》(JTG/T D81—2017)中标准SB级三波形梁护栏结构为研究对象,采用理论分析、计算机仿真模拟和实车足尺碰撞试验等综合技术手段,进行不同条件下的系统分析与可靠验证。研究结果表明,在标准结构形式及施工安装要求的基础上,缺失4个拼接螺栓,三波形梁护栏仍可达到SB级防护能力。所得结论为公路管理养护单位的工作开展提供了重要参考依据,填补了有关应用认识空白,具有重要意义。
At present,the application of SB-level three-wave beam barriers in China highways is increasing.However,it is found that the barrier splice bolts are lacking in the daily maintenance.To understand the influence of lacking splice bolts on the protective performance of barrier,taking the standard SB-level three-wave beam barriers structure in the current‘Design Guidelines for Highway Safety Facilities’(JTG/T D81—2017)as the study object,and adopting comprehensive technical means(e.g.,theoretical analysis),the computer simulation and full-scale impact tests are carried out with real vehicle system analysis and reliable verification under different conditions.The result indicates that based on the standard structure type and construction installation requirements,4 splicing bolts are lacking.The three-wave beam barrier can still reach the SB-level protection capacity.The conclusions provide the important reference basis for the work of highway management and maintenance units.With great significance,it fills up the gap in application knowledge.
