摘要
为了解波形梁护栏高度偏差达到何种程度时需要尽快处置以及具体的高度处置方案,采用经实车碰撞试验校核的高精度车辆碰撞护栏仿真模型,针对在役的典型波形梁护栏类型,开展波形梁护栏高度对防护能力影响机理研究,得出影响护栏防护能力的护栏高度偏差阈值为:2006规范A级两波形梁护栏高度偏低阈值为―2 cm,高度偏高阈值为+2 cm;2017规范A级三波形梁护栏、2006规范和2017规范SB级三波形梁护栏高度偏低阈值为―5 cm,高度偏高阈值为+8 cm。针对仅进行高度偏差处置和在高度偏差处置同时进行护栏提升改造,给出推荐的处置方案。
To understand the height deviation degree of corrugated beam guardrail when it is necessary to be dealed with as soon as possible and needs specific height disposal scheme,the high-precision vehicle crash guardrail simulation model verified with real vehicle crash test is used to study the influence mechanism of corrugated beam guardrail height on the protective ability of typical types of corrugated beam guardrail in service.The deviation threshold of guardrail height affecting the protection ability of guardrail is obtained.The lower threshold of guardrail height for A-class guardrail specified in the specifications 2006 is―2 cm.The higher threshold is 2 cm.The lower threshold of guardrail height for A-class three-wave guardrail specified in the specifications 2017 and SB-class three-wave guardrail specified in the specification 2006 and specification 2017 is―5 cm.The higher threshold is 8 cm.The recommended disposal scheme is given for only high deviation disposal and upgrading of guardrail at the same time.
