考虑材料劣化的山岭公路隧道长期服役性能评价

摘要 长期运营隧道性能退化、结构病害等问题对隧道安全运营产生威胁。基于长期运营状态下隧道服役性能的研究现状,依托宁芜高速黄梅山隧道拆除工程得到的病害检测及样本测试结果,建立了考虑时变效应的山岭公路隧道长期服役性能评价方法。首先,考虑山岭公路隧道的时变效应,将钢筋锈蚀和混凝土劣化因素的衬砌抗弯刚度劣化模型纳入评价对象当中,创建的长期服役性能评价体系指标集包括渗漏水面积、二衬厚度不足、裂缝长度、二衬变形、二衬受力水平和劣化指标水平。其次,确定了指标数据无量纲标准化的方法,使用了3标度AHP方法结合变权重函数进行指标权重的计算,并选用了正态型隶属度函数对指标隶属度向量进行计算,最后采用两级模糊综合评价方法对指标隶属度进行合成。其中,在常权重的基础上引入变权综合法,用于处理服役性能评价过程中可能出现的非线性化和动态性等缺陷问题。最后,对黄梅山隧道7个典型断面进行了结构服役性能评价,将常权重方法和变权重方法得到的结果与现场拆除的专家打分的结果进行对比,从差异值OR的计算结果表明所有断面OR值均小于1,说明变权重的方法相较于常权重方法更接近专家判断,进一步验证了文中所提出的评价方法在此工程中应用的准确性与适用性。 The degradation of tunnel performance and structural diseases during long-term service pose a threat to the safety operation of tunnel.According to the current study status of tunnel service performance under long-term operating conditions,and based on the disease detection and sample test results obtained from the demolition project of Huangmeishan Tunnel on Nanjing-Wuhu Expressway,the long-term service performance evaluation method for mountain highway tunnels considering time-varying effects was established.Firstly,considering the time-varying effect of mountain highway tunnels,the degradation model of lining flexural stiffness due to steel corrosion and concrete deterioration factors was included in the evaluation object.The established long-term service performance evaluation system index set included the leakage water area,insufficient thickness of secondary lining,crack length,secondary lining deformation,stress level of secondary lining,and degradation index level.Secondly,the method for dimensionless standardization of indicator data was determined by using the 3-scale AHP method combined with the variable weight function to calculate indicator weights.The normal membership function was selected to calculate the indicator membership vector.Finally,the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to synthesize the indicator membership.Among them,the variable weight synthesis method was introduced on the basis of constant weight to address potential defects(e.g.,nonlinearity and dynamism),which may occur during the service performance evaluation process.The structural service performance evaluations are conducted on 7 typical sections of Huangmeishan Tunnel.The results obtained with the constant weight method and the variable weight method are compared with the expert scoring results of on-site demolition.The calculation result of difference value OR indicates that all sections have OR values less than 1,which indicates that the variable weight method is closer to expert judgment compared with the constant weight method,and verified the accuracy and applicability of the evaluation method in this engineering application.
