摘要
高速公路改扩建工程中,因跨径不满足高速公路扩宽要求,大量的跨线桥被拆除重建,造成了资源浪费,同时拆除重建施工存在交通影响大、效率低等问题。针对与高速公路斜交的既有跨线桥,以合六高速改扩建工程中K673+263跨线混凝土连续箱梁桥为背景,提出一种既有混凝土连续梁在水平面内绕中墩原位旋转一定角度后继续利用的处置方法,研制了具有升降功能的车载式梁体水平转体装备,给出了连续梁桥多车设备配置方法,介绍了转体利用施工工艺及安全控制技术,并对桥梁转体施工过程监测数据进行了数据分析。合六高速跨线桥转体施工期间全封闭高速公路约10 min,实现了既有混凝土连续梁的安全高效、低交通影响和资源节约型处置,实施效果显著,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
To meet the widening requirements of expressway,the numerous overpass bridges were demolished and rebuilt during the expressway renovation and expansion project.This process led to resource waste,significant traffic disruptions,low demolition and reconstruction efficiency.The disposal method was proposed for existing overpass bridge at oblique intersection of expressway.Taking the K673+263 concrete continuous box girder bridge in Hefei-Liuan Expressway renovation and expansion project as study background,the method allowed reusing of the existing concrete continuous beam by rotating at the certain angle in situ around middle pier in the horizontal plane.Additionally,the vehicle-mounted beam horizontal rotation device with lifting function was developed.The configuration method for multi-vehicle equipment of continuous beam bridges was provided along with the construction technology and safety control measures for swivel process.Data analysis on the monitoring data from bridge swivel construction process was conducted.During the swivel construction of the expressway overpass,the expressway was closed for only approximately 10 m,enhancing safety,efficiency,and reducing traffic impact.The approach also benefits the resource-saving disposal of existing concrete continuous beam.The implementation shows the significant result and can serve as the reference for similar future projects.
