公路交通安全设施绿色低碳评价指标体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 公路交通安全设施在其生产、运营、维护和拆除等阶段均会消耗大量的能源,产生大量的碳排放,然而,当前国内外均缺乏针对公路交通安全设施的绿色低碳评价方法。基于全生命周期理念,明确了公路交通安全设施碳排放分析边界划分为生产制造、安装施工、运营维养及回收处理4个阶段,并明晰了各个阶段的碳排主要来源。基于系统性、科学性、普遍性和可操作性的原则,构建了公路交安设施绿色低碳评估指标体系,共计包括30个指标。运用层次分析法计算得到了绿色低碳公路评价指标权重,建立了公路交通安全设施绿色低碳评价方法。结果表明:在公路交通安全设施全寿命周期内,材料的生产制造和设备的运营维养是减碳阶段最重要的评价指标,其碳贡献和减排潜力最大。 Highway safety facilities consume a large amount of energy and generate significant carbon emissions during their production,operation,maintenance and demolition stages.However,there is currently a lack of green and low-carbon evaluation method for highway traffic safety facilities both domestically and internationally.Based on the concept of full life cycle,the boundary of carbon emission analysis for highway safety facilities is clearly divided into 4 stages:production and manufacturing,installation and construction,operation and maintenance,and recycling and treatment,and main sources of carbon emissions in different stages are clarified.Based on the principles of systematicity,scientificity,universality and operability,a green and low-carbon evaluation indicator system for highway traffic safety facilities is constructed,including a total of 30 indicators.The weights of evaluation indicators for green and low-carbon highway safety facilities are calculated by using AHP,and a green and low-carbon evaluation method for highway safety facilities is established.The result indicates that the production and manufacturing of materials and the operation and maintenance of equipment throughout the entire life cycle of highway traffic safety facilities are the most important evaluation indicators in the carbon reduction stage,with the greatest carbon contribution and emission reduction potential.
