广东省交通集团高速公路机电大运维模式研究与探析

摘要 为了提升机电系统智能化养护水平,形成统一协调、标准高效的养护模式,对机电设施的运维管理提出了更高的要求。结合工作实践,收集了集团所属各路段的基础数据,采用了马尔可夫决策过程对路网的机电系统资源进行了整合。从效率和公平的角度将养护路段划分为13个养护片区,达到全局资源分配最优的效果。通过构建大集中、三层级、多片区、多网点的机电大运维养护模式,建立了“统筹规划、分级管理、安全高效”的机电大运维管理体系,将若干路段组成片区进行统一管理,并由专业服务团队负责路网机电运维业务的监测评估与技术支持。结果表明:实现对全路网机电设备运行状态的统一监测、运维养护故障处理全流程事件管理。 In order to promote the level of intelligent maintenance of electromechanical system,form a unified,coordinated,standard and efficient maintenance mode,the operation and maintenance management of electromechanical facilities are put forward higher requirements.Based on the working practice,the basic data of each road section of the group are collected,and the Markov decision process is adopted to integrate the electromechanical system resources of the road network.From the point of view of efficiency and equity,the maintenance section is divided into 13 maintenance sections to achieve the optimal allocation of global resources.Through the construction of large-centralized,three-level,multi-area,multi-network maintenance model,the establishment of“overall planning,grading management,safety and efficiency”of the operation and maintenance management system of the university,some sections are unified management,and the professional service team is responsible for the electrical and mechanical operation and maintenance of the road network monitoring evaluation and technical support.The result shows that the whole process of event management can be realized to monitor the running state of electromechanical equipment in the whole road network.
