Planning Practice on Expressway Opened Service Area with Tourism Theme

交旅融合是高速公路转型升级与提质增效的新路径,服务区是交旅融合战略落地重要载体。针对当前高速公路旅游主题型开放式服务区规划设计中存在理念不清、原则不明、要求不定等问题,梳理交旅融合理念下服务区规划设计相关研究成果和工程实践案例。解析并厘清高速公路旅游主题型开放式服务区理念,总结了旅游主题型开放式服务区规划设计基本要求及规模适度、布局合理、功能完善、产品精良、服务优质的原则。以江西省祁婺高速公路龙腾服务区规划为例,详细分析了该服务区选址及客群特征,谋划空间、功能、服务、供给多层面融合,整合了交通和旅游资源,构建了新时期旅游主题型开放式服务区交旅融合规划新范式,为我国其他地区开放式服务区交旅融合规划提供参考和借鉴。

The integration of transport and tourism is a new way of expressway transformation and upgrading,and the service area is an important carrier of transportation integration strategy.In view of the problems existing in the planning and design of the opened service area with the theme of expressway tourism,such as unclear concept,unclear principle and uncertain requirement,the study result and engineering practice cases of service area planning and design under the concept of integration of travel and communication are summarized.To analyze and clarify the concept of the theme-based opened service area of expressway tourism,the basic requirements are summed up of the planning and design of the tourism-themed opened service area and the principles of moderate scale,reasonable layout,perfect function,excellent products and good service.Taking the planning of Longteng service area of Qimen-Wuyuan expressway in Jiangxi province as an example,the site selection and passenger group characteristics of the service area are analyzed in detail,the multi-level integration of space,function,service and supply,and integrates the transportation and tourism resources are planned,and a new pattern of integration planning of tourism themebased opened service areas in the new era is constructed,that provides reference for other opened service areas in China.
