摘要
为了更好地进行锚碇基础施工的安全风险管控,以虎门二桥坭洲水道桥西锚碇基础为依托,构建了安全风险评价模型。首先,根据锚碇施工方法,详细分析了悬索桥锚碇基础施工过程中的主要风险源,分类辨识不同分项工程存在的安全隐患,构建了风险评价体系。其次,基于风险特征及影响范围,提出锚碇基础施工风险源控制措施,保障基坑开挖施工安全。最后,针对各评价指标确定与不确定信息共存特征,通过监测手段对已确定的风险事件进行控制,以达到消除风险的目的,为风险控制提供应对策略,并将其应用于虎门二桥坭洲水道桥西锚碇基础的施工中,达到安全生产的预期目的。结果表明:安全风险评价模型能够有效提升虎门二桥坭洲水道桥西锚碇的施工安全,进一步为风险管理提供了指导依据。
In order to better control the safety risk of anchorage foundation construction,a safety risk assessment model is established on the background of the west anchorage foundation of Nizhou aqueduct bridge of Humen Second Bridge.First,according to the anchorage construction method,the main risk sources in the construction process of suspension bridge anchorage foundation are analyzed in detail,and the potential safety hazard existing in different projects are classified and identified to establish the risk evaluation system.Second,based on the risk characteristics and influence range,the anchorage foundation construction risk source control measures are put forward to ensure the construction safety of excavation of foundation pit.Finally,in view of the coexistence characteristics of certain and uncertain information of each evaluation indicator,the identified risk events are controlled by monitoring means to eliminate the risks and provide countermeasures for risk control,and the method is applied to the construction of west anchorage foundation of Nizhou aqueduct bridge of Humen Second Bridge to achieve the expected purpose of safe production.The result shows that the safety risk assessment model can improve the construction safety effectively of the west anchorage foundation of Nizhou aqueduct bridge of Humen Second Bridge,and further provide a guidance for risk management.
