基于区块链的公路工程材料溯源方法

Traceability Method for Highway Engineering Materials Based on Blockchain

摘要 为保证工程材料安全、真实、全流程可追溯,解决原材料中的套牌和批次混乱,质量溯源难等问题,以区块链技术为基础,结合二维码防伪、物联网等新兴技术,构建了工程材料实体与数据的映射关系,从而对工程材料进行电子标签信息化管理。通过将区块链技术应用在公路工程材料溯源中,保证工程材料安全、真实并全流程可追溯,包含材料的位置、图片、时间、地点以及检测结果等信息。同时,开发具有去中心化、集体维护、可追溯、高度透明等功能的区块链技术公路工程材料质量溯源平台,从而使各节点单位可依据区块链上存储的存证策略,实现对溯源信息和存证信息进行比对,以核验溯源信息的真实性。结果表明:区块链技术去中心化特性解决了公路工程材料溯源中的数据篡改和多方互信等问题,最终实现公路工程材料的可信溯源,为公路工程的质量控制提供了有效的新方法。 In order to ensure the safety,authenticity and traceability of the whole process of engineering materials,the problems of decks,batch confusion and difficult quality traceability in raw materials need to be solved.Based on blockchain technology,and combined with emerging technologies such as two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting and the Internet of Things,the mapping relationship between the entity and data of engineering materials is constructed to carry out electronic label information management of materials.The result shows that(1)Through the application of blockchain technology in the traceability of highway engineering materials,the engineering materials are guaranteed to be safe,true and the whole process can be traced back,including the location,picture,time,situation and test results of materials.(2)In addition,a blockchain technology highway engineering material quality traceability platform with decentralization,collective maintenance,traceability,high transparency and other functions is developed,that allows each node unit to compare the traceability information and the storage information according to the storage strategy stored on the blockchain to verify the authenticity of the traceability information.The decentralized characteristics of blockchain technology are used to solve the problems of data tampering and multi-party trust in the traceability of highway engineering materials,and finally the trusted traceability of highway engineering materials is realized,providing an effective new method for the quality control of highway engineering.
