长大公路隧道结构变形风险快速识别方法

摘要 针对长大隧道结构安全问题,从结构变形风险快速识别的角度出发,对隧道结构变形风险识别方法进行了探索。首先,通过分析隧道结构的受力及变形特征,得到隧道结构横断面扁平化变形模式。然后,针对隧道结构变形模式提出了隧道结构变形量值识别模型,分析了隧道结构变形量值对隧道内通行车辆安全性和隧道结构自身产生的不同程度影响,总结了隧道结构变形风险分级及评估指标,提出了隧道结构变形风险识别方法。该方法可以结合搭载三维激光扫描技术的隧道巡检机器人等快速巡检手段测量得到的隧道结构尺寸数据进行分析,对隧道结构安全状态进行判断,获得隧道结构变形较大位置的变形量值,实现对隧道结构变形风险的快速识别,从而达到感知隧道结构安全状态的目的。 In view of the safety problem of long tunnel structure,from the perspective of rapid identification of structural deformation risk,the identification method of tunnel structural deformation risk is explored.First,by analyzing the stress and deformation characteristics of tunnel structure,the flattened deformation mode of the cross-section of tunnel structure is obtained.Then,the tunnel structure deformation value identification model for the tunnel structure deformation mode is proposed,the influences of the deformation value of tunnel structure on the safety of vehicles in the tunnel and the tunnel structure itself are analyzed,the deformation risk classification and evaluation indicators of tunnel structure are summarized,and the tunnel structure deformation risk identification method is proposed.This method can analyze the dimension data of tunnel structure measured by rapid inspection means such as tunnel inspection robot equipped with 3D laser scanning technology,judge the safety state of tunnel structure,obtain the deformation value at the position with large deformation of tunnel structure,and realize the rapid identification of deformation risk of tunnel structure,so as to achieve the purpose of sensing the safety state of tunnel structure.
