桥隧密集型高速公路重点路段安全设施设计优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 甘肃省高速公路建设发展迅猛,受地方特色地形条件约束,路线选线难度急剧增加,存在桥隧占比逐渐增大的现象,部分工程项目桥隧比甚至达到70%以上,这种情况不仅增加了工程难度和工程造价,还大大增加了整条高速公路的安全隐患,为高速公路安全、顺畅运营带来困难。针对桥隧密集型高速公路近些年来常见事故对应的重点路段,从该路段的安全设施设计出发,结合国家相关法律、国标、行标和地方政府相关文件要求等,以及甘肃省高速公路桥隧占比日益增高的实际情况,对该种类型的高速公路重点路段安全设施设计进行分析研究,进行安全设施的优化设计,从而达到减少安全隐患,保证工程质量的目的。 The development of expressway construction in Gansu Province is rapidly. Due to the constraints of local characteristics of terrain conditions, the difficulty of route selection increases sharply and the proportion of bridges and tunnels increases gradually. The proportion of bridges and tunnels in some engineering projects even reaches more than 70%. This situation not only increases the engineering difficulty and cost, but also greatly increases the safety risks of the whole expressway, which brings difficulties for the safe and smooth operation of the expressway. In view of the key road sections corresponding to common accidents on expressways with dense bridges and tunnels in recent years, starting from the safety facilities design of these sections, combining with the requirements of relevant national laws, national standards, industry standards and local government documents, as well as the increasing proportion of expressway bridges and tunnels in Gansu Province. The design of the safety facilities in key sections of this type of expressway is analyzed, the optimization design of the safety facilities is conducted, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing hidden safety hazards and ensuring the quality of the project.
