基于多目标决策的在役高速公路限速调整分析

Analysis on Speed Limit Adjustment of Express In-service Based on Multi-objective Decision-making Method

摘要 随着在役高速公路交通流运行特征、路侧环境等的变化,以设计速度作为高速公路限制速度往往不能满足驾驶人需求。不合理的限制速度不仅降低高速公路通行效率,还会影响运行速度协调性,使驾驶人疲于应对,降低行车安全。从驾驶人实际需求角度出发,提出基于交通流运行特征、事故特征、设计指标的多目标决策在役高速公路限速调整论证方法。首先确定核查标准,初定限速值,查核设计指标,从平面、纵断面、视距、隧道、互通立交和交安设施等方面分析设计指标与初定限速值的符合性;其次,对比分析交通流运行特征和初定限速值的协调性;然后,根据设计指标查核情况和事故易发路段确定特殊限速路段;最后,以中部地区某高速为例,论证其限速调整可行性。结果显示:该高速在特殊路段限速100 km/h基础上,一般路段限制速度调整为120 km/h可行。 With changes in the traffic flow characteristics and roadside environment of in-service expressway,using the design speed as limit speed of expressway cannot meet the needs of drivers.Unreasonable speed limit not only reduces the traffic efficiency of expressway,but also affects the coordination of running speed,which makes drivers tired of coping and reduce driving safety.A multi-objective decision-making method for speed limit adjustment of expressway in-service is proposed based on the characteristics of traffic flow operation,traffic accident and design indicator from the driver’s actual needs.First,we determined the verification criterion and the initial speed limit value,checked the design indicator,and analyzed the consistency between design indicator and initial speed limit value from the horizontal section,vertical section,sight distance,tunnel,interchange and traffic safety facilities.Second,we comparative analysed the coordination between operation characteristics of traffic flow and initial speed limit value.Third,we determined the special speed limit section according to the according to the design indicator check situation and the road section prone to accidents.Finally,we demonstrated the feasibility of speed limit adjustment on the case of an expressway in central China.The result shows that it is feasible to adjust the speed limit of general section of the expressway to 120 km/h when the speed limit is 100 km/h in special section.
