区块链技术在公路交通运输中应用的理论研究 被引量:3

Theoretical Study on Application of Blockchain Technology in Road Transport

摘要 针对当前公路交通运输业各业务领域存在的"资源共享难"、"互联互通难"、"业务协同难",基础设施数字化智能化水平偏低,交通运输控制信息能力薄弱,公路交通运输信息化水平不能适应现代交通运输业发展的需要等问题,提出利用区块链技术提升公路交通运输业的发展质量,重塑公路交通运输业在生产经营、行业管理和信息服务等方面的业务流程和治理模式。首先梳理了区块链技术的内涵,然后总结提炼出区块链在公路交通行业应用所应具备的基本业务或场景条件;最后列举了区块链技术在适应公路交通运输中应用的具体场景,力图为促进区块链技术在公路交通中应用提供理论参考。 In view of the current problems of resource sharing,interconnection and business collaboration,low level of digital and intelligent infrastructure,weak ability of transport control information,and the inability of road transport informatization to meet the needs of development of modern transport industry existing in various areas of road transport industry,the blockchain technology is introduced to improve the development quality of road transport industry,and reshape the business process and governance mode of road transport industry in production and operation,industry management and information service.First,the connotation of blockchain technology is sorted out.Then,the conditions of basic business or scenario that blockchain should have for the application in road transport industry are summarized and refined.Finally,the examples of specific application of blockchain technology in road transport are given to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the application of blockchain technology in road transport.
