摘要
传统物流园区选址多考虑运输成本、时间成本等因素,对于环境成本考虑较少。绿色发展理念要求园区布局必须考虑运输成本与环境成本,兼顾物流服务的市场经济性与社会效益性。基于物流园区选址场景分析,构建了物流园区选址与运输成本、环境成本的数学模型。结果表明:一是物流园区距离干线公路越近时,其总体碳排量及综合运输成本最低。二是物流园区紧邻交通干线,可减少园区的建设成本、提高园区生存能力,既便于物流运输企业安排生产经营,也可保障整体物流运输时效。
The traditional logistics park location mainly considers transport cost,time cost and other factors,and less for the environmental cost.The concept of green development requires that the park layout must consider the transport cost and environmental cost,and also consider the market economy and social benefit of logistics services.Based on the analysis of logistics park location scenario,the mathematical model of logistics park location,transport cost and environmental cost is constructed.The result shows that(1)The closer the park is to the main road,the lower the total carbon emissions and the comprehensive transport cost.(2)The logistics park is close to the traffic trunk line,which can reduce the construction cost of the park and improve the viability of the park.It is not only convenient for the logistics transport enterprises to arrange production and operation,but also can guarantee the timeliness of the overall logistics transport.
