园艺拖拉机多动力输出装置设计与试验

摘要 园艺拖拉机由于其工作环境特殊性,需要多方位动力输出,为此文中提出了一种实现多方位动力输出的方法,并设计其多动力输出装置。首先文中提出了一种包含中置和后置两个方向的动力输出方案,在此基础上对整个传动结构进行三维建模;为了进一步论证设计的多动力输出装置可靠性与稳定性,进行必要的仿真分析,最后开展传动系统性能试验。试验结果表明:所设计的多动力输出装置传动效率高于80%,达到设计的目的,同时也验证了设计的可靠性,为园艺拖拉机的动力输出装置设计提供了一种合理的方法。 Traditional tractor is difficult to meet the power demand in actual work. A garden tractor multi-power output device is designed, and the key components of the power output device are elaborated. The multi-power output device was modeled using Romax software to simulate the actual working conditions of the horticultural tractor and simulate the bearing load under two different gear positions. Analysis of the mechanical analysis of the multi-power output device shell using Abaqus software. On this basis, the test bench of the tractor multi-power output device was built and the transmission characteristics test was carried out. The results show that the multi-power output device designed in the paper meets the design requirements, and the transmission efficiency is above 80%, which is in line with the power transmission requirements of this design.
