摘要
针对起拔式甜菜挖掘机在作业时产生甜菜损伤的问题,通过拔送机构工作原理、结构及甜菜运动过程进行分析,确定了机构中造成甜菜损伤的影响因素。以拨送器的转速、输送链与地面的水平倾角、输送链的线速度作为试验因素,以损伤率作为试验指标进行二次正交旋转组合试验设计,试验结果表明:当拨送器的转速为190 r/min,输送链的线速度为1.6 m/s,输送链与地面的水平倾角为10°时,甜菜损伤率为2.6%,优于国家行业标准。为甜菜挖掘机拔送机构的结构改进和参数优化提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of beet damage caused by pulling beet digger in operation, the working principle, structure and movement process of the pulling mechanism were analyzed, and the influencing factors of beet damage in the mechanism were determined. To dial the sending device speed, conveyor chain and the surface of the horizontal angle, transmission chain linear velocity as test factors, the damage rate as test indexes of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test design, test results show that: when the dial to the speed of 190 r/min, conveyor chain of the linear velocity is 1.6 m/s, conveyor chain and ground horizontal angle of 10°, beet injury rate was 2.6%, superior to national industry standards. It provides a reference for the structure improvement and parameter optimization of beet excavator.
