切段式甘蔗收割机排杂离散元仿真参数标定及验证 被引量:9

Parameter determination and validation of discrete element model of segmented sugarcane harvester for impurity removal

摘要 为研究切段式甘蔗收割机排杂过程的离散元仿真参数设置,本文首先利用物理试验测定了蔗秆、蔗尾、蔗叶的基本物理参数及蔗料间、蔗料与钢的接触参数,接着利用堆积角试验、回归模型预测等方法进行离散元接触参数的标定。得到滑动摩擦系数、滚动摩擦系数、恢复系数标定结果:蔗秆—蔗秆0.119、0.019、0.317;蔗秆—蔗叶0.469、0.048、0.001 5;蔗秆—蔗尾0.364、0.045、0.373;蔗秆—钢板0.102、0.011、0.394;蔗叶—蔗叶0.412、0.053、0.001 5;蔗叶—蔗尾0.471、0.045、0.001 5;蔗叶—钢板0.192、0.007、0.003 6;蔗尾—蔗尾0.405、0.064、0.309;蔗尾—钢板0.305、0.063、0.383。将标定结果用于仿真计算得到含杂率7.4%,与田间试验所得含杂率6.8%相差较小。标定结果较为可靠,为利用CFD-DEM耦合的方法分析甘蔗收割机排杂装置排杂机理、优化排杂装置结构参数提供了理论依据。 Discrete Element Simulation Parameter Settings for Studying the Miscellaneous Removal Process of Segmented Sugarcane Harvester Firstly, the intrinsic parameters of sugarcane stalk, tail and leaf and the contact parameters between sugarcane and steel were measured by physical experiments. Then, the contact parameters of discrete element are calibrated by stacking angle test and regression model prediction. The calibration results of sliding friction coefficient, rolling friction coefficient and recovery coefficient are obtained: Sugarcane stalk-sugarcane stalk 0.119、0.019、0.317;Sugarcane Stalk-leaf 0.469、0.048、0.001 5;Sugarcane stalk-tail 0.364、0.045、0.373;Sugarcane stalk-steel plate 0.102、0.011、0.394;Sugarcane Leaf-Sugarcane Leaf 0.412、0.053、0.001 5;Sugarcane leaf-tail 0.471、0.045、0.001 5;Sugarcane Leaf-Steel Plate 0.192、0.007、0.003 6;Sugarcane tail-sugarcane tail 0.405、0.064、0.309;Sugarcane tail-steel plate 0.305、0.063、0.383. The calibration results are used in simulation calculation and the impurity content is 7.4%. The difference between the impurity content obtained from field experiment and that of 6.8% is small. The results show that the calibration results are reliable and can be used in related research.
