基于ABAQUS的机械旋动式充种机构静动态特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 介绍一种适用于杂交稻的机械旋动式精量精准充种装置的工作原理,展开原理试验,验证该装置旋动充种的可行性,同时提出激励频率参考范围为15~25 Hz;建立充种机构的结构有限元模型,进行静力学分析,结果表明只受重力作用时最大应力出现在支撑连接上,最大值为106.8 MPa,最大变形为0.04 mm,集中在立式振动电机自身,符合设计要求;进行模态分析,提取前八阶固有频率和固有振型,结果表明充种机构远远避开了激励频率的工作范围,验证充种机构设计的合理性;从固有振型可以看出,充种箱的长边和短边,以及连接板为系统结构的薄弱环节,为进一步的结构优化提供技术支持;该研究方法对机械旋动式充种机构的早期设计以及后续结构优化具有一定的指导意义。 In this paper,the working principle of a mechanical rotary precision seed filling device for hybrid rice is introduced.Experiments on the principle verify the feasibility of the device,and the reference range of excitation frequency is 15~25 Hz.The finite element model of the filling mechanism is established and the static analysis is carried out.The results show that the maximum stress appears on the support connection only under the action of gravity,the maximum value is 106.8 MPa,and the maximum deformation is 0.04 mm,which is concentrated in the vertical vibration motor itself and meets the design requirements.Modal analysis is carried out to extract the first eight natural frequencies and natural modes.The results show that the seed filling mechanism far avoids the working range of the excitation frequency,which verifies the rationality of the design of the seed filling mechanism.From the inherent mode of vibration,it can be seen that the long and short sides of the filling box and the connecting plate are the weak links of the system structure,which provides technical support for further structural optimization;The research method has a certain guiding significance for the early design of mechanical rotary seed filling mechanism and the subsequent structural optimization.
