Research progress on family-integrated care model in adult patients in ICU

本文对家庭参与模式应用于成人ICU的现状及其影响因素进行综述,分别从探视、信息共享、参与决策、参与护理4个层面阐述了家庭参与模式的实施方法,并从医护人员、患者家庭、ICU专业实践环境和资源3个方面进行影响因素的分析,旨在为家庭参与模式在ICU的实施提供参考。

This paper reviews the application and influencing factors of family-integrated care Model in adult patients in ICU.The implementation methods of family-integrated care model are elaborated from the following four aspects,visiting patients,information sharing,participating in decision-making and participating in nursing care.The influencing factors are analyzed from the following three aspects,medical staff,family members,and professional practice environment and resources of ICU.It aims to provid reference for further application of family-integrated care model in ICU.
