The current status and improvement of post-exposure prophylaxis in healthcare staff

目的:分析某综合医院职业暴露后处理现状,探讨改进策略。方法:调查暴露者一般情况、职业暴露的基本情况、暴露后处理措施及相关费用等。结果:职业暴露发生率为1.34例次/100床·年,91.84%为锐器伤,59.18%的职业暴露源有明确的病原体,95.92%的职业暴露者实施了局部处理,63.27%的职业暴露者及时完成了风险评估,54.08%有随访记录。结论:发生职业暴露后选择恰当检查与预防措施是减少职业感染的保障,但职业暴露后处理依从性仍有待加强。

Objective:To analyze the status quo of post-exposure prophylaxis among healthcare staff,and to explore strategies for improvement.Methods:The situation of exposed staff and occupational exposure,post-exposure treatment and related costs were investigated.Results:The incidence of occupational exposure was 1.34 times/100 beds·year,91.84%was sharp-ended injuries.59.18%of occupational exposure sources were known.95.92%of occupational exposures had localized treatment.63.27%of occupational exposures completed risk assessments in a timely manner,and 54.08%had follow-up records.Conclusion:The choice of appropriate examination and preventive measures after occupational exposure can reduce occupational infection.However,post-occupational post-exposure treatment compliance still needs to be strengthened.
