Research progress on workplace bullying in the field of nursing

本文在国内外工作场所欺凌相关研究成果的基础上,对工作场所欺凌的概念、特征、测量方法及相关变量等方面进行了梳理和介绍,并对未来的研究进行了展望,以期为进一步深入研究和有效干预提供参考。

Based on the research results of workplace bullying at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and introduces the concept,characteristics,measurements and related variables of workplace bullying,and prospects the future research,so as to provide basis for further in-depth research and effective intervention.
