摘要
开业护士(NursePractitioner,NP)是能够独立自主执业的卫生保健提供者。英国、美国、澳大利亚等西方国家NP发展较早,培养体系相对成熟。随着我国分级诊疗制度的逐步推进,探索适合我国国情的NP培养模式至关重要。本文从学位设置、课程构建等方面分别介绍美、英、澳3个国家的NP培养模式,希望为我国NP培养的探索之路提供借鉴。
Nurse Practitioner(NP)is a health care provider who can practice independently and autonomously.NPs in western countries such as the United States,United Kingdom and Australia have developed for decades with mature training program.Upon the construction of hierarchical medical system in China,it is especially important to explore the training mode of NPs which is suitable for China.The characteristics of NP’s degree and curriculum in the United States,United Kingdom and Australia are presented as examples.It aims to provide experience and reference for the development of NPs in China.
