血液透析护士对患者服药依从性认知和行为的现状调查

Cognition and behavior of patients’ medication compliance among hemodialysis nurses

目的:调查血液透析护士对维持性血液透析患者服药依从性的认知和行为现状。方法:采用一般资料调查表和血液透析护士对患者服药依从性的认知和行为调查问卷,调查10所三级甲等综合性医院233名血液透析护士。结果:血液透析护士对患者服药依从性认知尚可,行为较差;仅有52.8%的血液透析护士询问每位患者的服药情况;单因素分析结果显示,不同职称血液透析护士对服药不依从的发生及易出现服药不依从患者的认知得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄血液透析护士对提高服药依从性的障碍认知得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作年限不同的血液透析护士及是否为血液净化专科护士对提高服药依从性的信心认知得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析护士对患者服药依从性的认知和行为仍存在不足,管理者需要对血液透析护士开展提高患者服药依从性相关内容的培训,提高护理人员对患者服药依从性的重视,探索便于临床应用的服药依从性评估工具。

Objective:To investigate the cognition and behavior of patients’medication compliance among hemodialysis nurses.Methods:Totally 233 hemodialysis nurses from 10 general tertiary Grade A hospitals were investigated by general information questionnaire and hemodialysis nurses’cognitive and behavioral questionnaire on patients’medication compliance.Results:Hemodialysis nurses had good cognition of medication compliance and poor behavior.Currently,only 52.8%of hemodialysis nurses asked each patient about their medication.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the cognitive scores of different titles of hemodialysis nurses in the occurrence of drug noncompliance and the patients prone to drug noncompliance(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in cognitive scores of hemodialysis nurses with different ages in improving medication compliance disorder(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in cognitive scores between hemodialysis nurses with different working years and nurses with or without blood purification specialty in improving medication compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are still some deficiencies in the cognition and behavior of hemodialysis nurses to patients’medication compliance.Nursing managers should carry out hemodialysis nurses training to improve patients’medication compliance.Nurses should pay more attention to patients’medication compliance,and explore evaluation tools for clinical application of medication compliance.
