护士职业获得感现状及其影响因素分析 被引量:20

摘要 目的:调查护士职业获得感的现状并分析其影响因素,为护理管理者及护士改善职业获得感水平提供参考依据。方法:选取来自全国34个省、自治区、直辖市、特别行政区的11795名护士参加调查,采用一般资料调查问卷、护士职业获得感问卷进行调查。结果:护士职业获得感得分为(133.93±20.64)分,得分率最高与最低的维度分别是良好的护患关系(84.80%)与正向职业感知(73.42%);护士的性别、职称、工作年限、职务、班次情况、子女状况、文化程度、月收入影响其职业获得感(P<0.05)。结论:护士职业获得感仍有一定提升空间,管理者可根据护士的性别、文化程度、职务、工作年限等采取不同的培养和管理策略,设置多样化的发展平台,全面提升护士的职业获得感。 Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of occupational acquisition among nurses,and to provide reference for nursing managers to improve nurses’occupational acquisition level.Methods:Totally 11795 nurses from 34 provinces,autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the Central Government and special administrative regions were recruited to participate in the survey.Results:The score of occupational acquisition among nurses was(133.93±20.64)with the highest and lowest dimension good nurse-patient relationship(84.80%)and positive occupational perception(73.42%).There was a positive correlation between nurse occupation acquisition and gender,technical titles,shift,children’s condition,education background,working years,position and monthly income(P<0.05).Conclusion:Occupational acquisition of nurses could be greatly improved.The nursing managers could improve the occupational acquisition level of nurses by adopting different training and management strategies and setting up diversified development platforms according to their gender,educational background,position,etc.
