眼科日间手术“互联网+”信息平台的应用及效果评价

The application and efficacy evaluation of the internet plus-based information platform in the management of ophthalmic day surgery

目的:构建眼科日间手术"互联网+"信息平台并评价其应用效果。方法:基于眼科日间手术工作流程,自主研发眼科日间手术"互联网+"病房系统软件,分别提供计算机浏览器、APP、微信小程序三个入口及医护、患者两个端口,构建具有术前评估、术后随访、健康教育、在线答疑、数据统计及模板编辑六大功能的"互联网+"信息平台。比较信息平台应用前后的手术失约率、非计划二次手术率、非计划再入院率和患者满意度。结果:手术失约率、非计划二次手术率、非计划再入院率分别由应用前的2.4%、0.24%、0.12%下降至应用后的1.0%、0.08%、0.03%,患者满意度由应用前的94.5%提升到应用后的99.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:眼科日间手术"互联网+"信息平台的应用有效延伸了日间手术护理服务的空间、时间,降低手术失约率、非计划二次手术率和非计划再入院率,提高了患者满意度和改善就医体验,可作为推动眼科日间手术安全高效开展的重要措施。

Objective:To construct and evaluate the effect of internet plus-based informatization platform in ophthalmological day surgery.Methods:A internet-based ophthalmic day surgery management system software with three entrance of PC browser,APP and small program,two ports for medical staff and patients,and six modules of preoperative evaluation,postoperative follow-up,health education,online FAQ,data statistics and template editor was developed independently.The nonattendance rate,unplanned reoperation rate,unplanned readmission rate of patients and patients,satisfaction were compared before and after the application of information platform.Results:The incidence of nonattendance,unplanned reoperation and unplanned readmission decreased from 2.36%,0.24%and 0.12%to 1.0%,0.08%and 0.03%,respectively after the application of the information platform(P<0.01)and the patients,satisfaction increased from 94.5%to 99.1%(P<0.01)at the same time.Conclusion:the application of internet plus-based information platform in ophthalmological day surgery is benefit to extend the space and time of nursing service for surgery,to reduce the incidence of nonattendance,unplanned reoperation and unplanned readmission of patients,and to improve the patients,satisfaction and medical treatment experience.The development and application of the information platform could be considered as an important intervention to promote the efficiency and safety of ophthalmological day surgery.
