甘肃省运营公路隧道仰拱缺陷特征及处治技术

Characteristics and Treatment Techniques of Inverted Arch Defects for Highway Tunnels in Service in Gansu Province

运营公路隧道仰拱病害是严重影响行车安全、结构安全的隧道主要病害类型之一。通过对甘肃省429座(单洞)运营公路隧道的调查与检测,统计了仰拱变形病害的主要表现形式与仰拱缺陷的主要类型,分析了仰拱变形病害的主要原因。基于仰拱结构层厚度、仰拱底面深度、密实程度提出了运营公路隧道仰拱缺陷评定标准。在选择隧道仰拱病害与缺陷处治方案时需要综合考虑病害与缺陷组合情况、病害发展程度与趋势以及对隧道结构长期安全稳定性的影响、地质与地下水情况、维修措施的施工便利性与快捷性等4个方面的因素统筹选定,总结提出了不中断交通仰拱加固处治时应注意的关键点,为类似工程问题提供一定的技术参考和经验借鉴。

The inverted arch defects is one of the main types of defects for highway tunnel in service that would cause traffic accident and structural safety failure.Through the investigation and inspection of429 highway tunnels in service in Gansu Province,the main manifestations of the inverted arch deformation disease and the main types of invert arch defects are counted,and the main causes of inverted arch deformation are summarized.Based on the thickness of the inverted arch structure layer,the depth of the underside of the inverted arch,and the degree of compactness,the evaluation standards for defects of inverted arch are proposed.When select treatment plan,it is necessary to comprehensively consider four factors,the combination of disease and defect,the degree and trend of disease development,and the longterm safety and stability of tunnel structure,geological and groundwater conditions,construction convenience and speed of maintenance measures.The key points for inverting arch reinforcement are proposed and summarized to provide reference for similar projects.
