基于LabVIEW和浊度传感器的扩散系数测量装置的研发与应用

摘要 近年来,大学物理实验教学内容和模式的改革成为各高校实验工作者研究的焦点。特别的,利用虚拟仿真技术和单片机技术设计的具有实验效率高、测试项目广和操作简单等特点的实验设备得到广大师生的关注。本文研发出一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仿真平台和浊度传感器的新型扩散系数测量装置,该装置具有结构简单、操作方便和成本低廉的优点,为物质扩散系数的测量开辟了一条新途径。以牛奶在水中的扩散为例,测试了牛奶的扩散系数,并对实验结果进行了详细的误差分析,得到牛奶在室温下的扩散系数测量值为D=(8.28±0.06)×10^(-9)m^(2)/s。 Recently,the innovation of the teaching content and mode for university physics experiment has been considered to be the focus of the investigation.Particularly,employing virtual simulation technology and single-chip microcomputer technology designed experimental equipment with high experimental efficiency,wide measurement range and simple operation characteristics has been attracted a great deal of attentions.In this paper,a new diffusion coefficient measurement device based on the LabVIEW and turbidity sensor is developed,which has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation and low cost.This device provided a novel route for the measurement of material diffusion coefficient.Milk was selected as a target sample,and its diffusion coefficient in water was measured based on this device.The error analysis of the result was performed,and the diffusion coefficient of milk at room temperature was obtained to be(8.28±0.06)×10^(-9)m^(2)/s in the present work.
