自组装置实现电阻应变法测量磁致伸缩系数

摘要 本文基于电阻应变片法,自组了一套可实现恒温条件下测量材料磁致伸缩系数的测量装置,并利用LabVIEW软件自主开发出程序控制的数据自动采集系统,实现了计算机自动采集实验数据和实时显示数据图像。利用该装置,我们对一种超磁致伸缩材料:铽镝铁(Tb_(0.27)Dy_(0.73)Fe_(1.9))合金的磁致伸缩系数进行了系统测量和对比实验,测量结果表明利用该装置测量得到的材料磁致伸缩系数结果准确,数据采集系统稳定可靠,本实验内容可应用于应用物理学专业本科教学。 Based on the resistance strain gauge method,a set of self-made measuring device was designed to measure the magnetostriction coefficient under room temperature.A program-controlled data acquisition system was developed by LabVIEW software,which enabled computer to collect experimental data automatically and display the real-time data images.The magnetostrictive coefficient of Tb_(0.27)Dy_(0.73)Fe_(1.9)alloy was measured with this device,and contrast experiment was carried out.The results show that the measurement data is accurate and the data collection system is stable and reliable.This device can be applied to the undergraduate teaching of Applied Physics major.
