摘要
随着PAN基碳纤维生产规模的扩大与产能的增加,碳纤维产品质检与智能包装线控制系统的开发应用势在必行。根据PROFINET的技术特点,碳纤维质检工艺流程设计了系统架构应用于具体项目中。该控制系统的实施,为碳纤维质检与智能包装提供了一个成功的解决方案,实现了数字化工厂的纵向集成,提高了企业的生产效率与质检工作的准确性、产品信息的可追溯性;可实现减员增效,对企业实现智能制造奠定坚实的基础,对于规模化量产碳纤维装置的质检与包装工序提质增效具有重要意义。
With the expansion of PAN-based carbon fiber production scale and the rising productivity,the development and application of a carbon fiber product quality inspection and intelligent packaging line control system are imperative.According to the technical features of PROFINET,the system architecture for carbon fiber quality inspection processes is designed for application in a specific project.The achievement of control system provided a successful system for carbon fiber quality inspection and intelligent packaging,realizing the vertical integration in the digital plant.This enhances production efficiency,accuracy in quality inspection,and traceability of product information.The system can achieve downsizing and efficiency improvement,laying a solid foundation for enterprises to realize intelligent manufacturing.This is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of the quality inspection and packaging processes in large-scale production of carbon fiber devices.
