摘要
复合材料网格加筋结构是先进结构材料和先进结构形式的良好结合。本文根据ϕ500 mm加筋圆柱壳的研制要求,开展了其材料选择、仿真计算、模具设计和工艺方案的研究。通过对其产品外观、内部质量以及力学性能的考核,证明了HF40A/EH108高性能碳纤维预浸料体系良好的力学性能和工艺性能,以及仿真计算方法、组合模具设计和对模成型工艺对该类型产品的可行性。
The grid-reinforced structure of composite material is a good combination of advanced structural materials and advanced structural forms.This study focuses on the development of a reinforced cylindrical shell with a diameter of 500 mm.The research includes material selection,simulating calculation,mold design and process program.With the evaluation of its appearance,internal quality and mechanical properties,it proves that the mechanical properties and the process properties of HF40A/EH108 prepreg are excellent,and the method of simulating calculation,the design of assembling mold and the compression molding process are reasonable for the structure of this type.
