摘要
以国产上浆剂和进口上浆剂为研究对象,采用激光粒度仪测试上浆剂的粒径,比较了透过率、测试时间和测试温度等对粒径测试的影响。结果表明,透过率、测试时间和测试温度等因素对粒径的测试影响显著。通过对两种上浆剂的测试发现:当条件(透过率大于50%时,测试温度在27~30℃范围内,稳定时间在10 min以上)满足时,测得的上浆剂粒径较稳定,可信度高。另外,对于均匀性较差的样品,扫描时间越短,粒径测试结果的统计显著性越差,离散系数越高。
In this paper,the domestic and imported sizing agents were taken as the research object,and the particle size of sizing agent was measured by laser particle size analyzer.Through measurement,the effects of transmittance,testing time and testing temperature on particle size measurements were compared.The results show that factors like transmittance,testing time and test temperature have significant influence on the measurement of particle size.Through testing of the two types of sizing agents,it was found that when the conditions(transmittance greater than 50%,testing temperature ranges from 27~30℃,and stability time of more than 10 min)are met,the measured particle size of the sizing agent is relatively stable,and the reliability is high.In addition,for samples with poor uniformity,the shorter the scanning time,the poorer the statistical significance of particle size and the higher the dispersion coefficient.
