复合材料U形混杂夹层结构固化变形及控制研究

Study on Curing Deformation Control of U-shaped Hybrid Sandwich Composite Structure

本文以复合材料U形混杂夹层结构为研究对象,通过固化变形仿真模型建立、求解和试验件制造,初步得出零件固化变形规律。将固化变形仿真模拟的结果作为成型工装设计依据,并制造的试验件,试验件型面合格点数由36.36%提高至88.41%,证明基于试验数据修正固化变形仿真模型的参数及变形预测方法适用于U形混杂夹层结构。按照本文中的固化变形补偿方法进行成型工装设计,可以实现对零件的固化变形控制,从而减少试模次数和降低工装返修率,大大降低制造成本。

In this paper, the U-shaped hybrid sandwich structure of composite materials is taken as the research object, and through the establishment and solution of the curing deformation simulation model and the manufacture of test parts, the law of curing deformation of the parts is obtained. The results of the simulation of curing deformation are used as the basis for the design of the curing tooling, and the test pieces are manufactured. The qualified points of the test pieces are increased from 36.36% to 88.41%. For the U-shaped hybrid sandwich structure, according to the curing deformation compensation method in this paper, it can realize the curing deformation control of the parts. Thereby it can reduce the mold trials and the repair rate of the tooling, and greatly reduce the manufacturing cost.
