民用飞机复合材料T型长桁压缩性能研究

摘要 为某型民用飞机长桁结构设计选型提供参数,研究了复合材料T型长桁截面尺寸、冲击损伤对压缩性能的影响。对四种不同截面构型的复合材料T型长桁进行了压缩试验,得到了不同截面长桁的载荷-应变曲线。对四种不同截面构型的复合材料T型长桁引入了冲击损伤,研究了冲击损伤对不同截面长桁压缩性能的影响。基于ABAQUS软件建立了T型长桁的有限元模型,通过有限元分析方法和试验的对比,对模型进行验证,验证后的模型用于飞机长桁选型设计。 To provide parameters for the design and selection of a stringer of a certain type of civil aircraft, the effects of the section size and impact damage on the compressive performance of the composite T-shaped stringer were studied. Compression tests were carried out on composite T-shaped stringers with four different cross-sectional configurations, and the load-strain curves of the stringers with different cross-sections were obtained. Impact damage was introduced to the composite T-shaped stringers with four different cross-section configurations, and the effect of impact damage on the compressive properties of the stringers with different cross-sections was studied. Based on the ABAQUS software, the finite element model of the T-shaped stringer was established, and the model was verified through the comparison of the finite element analysis method and the test. The verified model was used for the selection and design of the aircraft stringer.
