摘要
对不同厂家生产的国产T800级碳纤维及日本东丽T800H碳纤维先应用SEM(扫描电子显微镜)和AFM(原子力显微镜)进行表面物理形貌研究;测试不同碳纤维的线密度、体密度;应用Wilhelmy吊片法原理测试碳纤维的表面能,以表征其表面浸润性。结果表明,国产T800级碳纤维断面轮廓大多呈现“扁椭圆形”或“圆形”,少数呈现“腰状”;国产T800级碳纤维线密度均大于T800H碳纤维;国产T800级碳纤维体密度值均小于T800H碳纤维;而在表面能方面,不同厂家的国产T800级碳纤维存在一定差异,表面能较大的碳纤维,其表面能的极性分量均较高,极性参数达到0.80以上,而表面能较低的碳纤维,其表面能的极性分量也均较低,极性参数均在0.60以下。
Domestic T800 grade carbon fibers produced by different manufacturers and Japan’s Toray T800 H carbon fibers are first applied to SEM(scanning electron microscopy)and AFM(atomic force microscopy)for surface physical morphology research.The linear density and body density of different carbon fibers are tested,and the surface energy of carbon fibers is tested by the Wilhelmy drop-action method to characterize their surface wettability.The results show that most of the cross-sectional contours of domestic T800 grade carbon fiber show“flat oval”or“round”,and a few show“waist-like”.The linear density of domestic T800 grade carbon fiber is greater than that of T800 H carbon fiber.The bulk density value of domestic T800 grade carbon fiber is less than that of T800 H carbon fiber.In terms of surface energy,there are certain differences in the domestic T800 grade carbon fiber of different manufacturers.Carbon fibers with large surface energy have higher polarity components of surface energy,and the polarity parameters reach more than 0.80,while carbon fibers with lower surface energy have lower polarity components of surface energy,and the polarity parameters are below 0.60.
