摘要
卫星技术在航空航天领域占有重要地位,对提高国民经济及强大国防具有重要意义。卫星技术的强弱主要体现在卫星结构的材料性能。高模量碳纤维由于高刚度、轻质化、热变形小的优异特点,在卫星结构上广泛应用。本文介绍了国内外高模量碳纤维的研究现状,综述了高模量碳纤维复合材料在卫星太阳电池阵结构、天线结构、桁架结构及卫星本体结构中的应用,总结出碳纤维复合材料在我国卫星结构应用上存在的不足及亟需改进的方向。
Satellite technology plays an important role in the field of aviation and astronautics,and it is of great significance to improving the national economy and strengthening national defense.The strength of satellite technology is mainly reflected in the material properties of satellite structures.The research status of high modulus carbon fiber at home and abroad is introduced firstly.Then,the applications of high modulus carbon fiber composites in satellite solar array structure,antenna structure,truss structure and satellite body structure are summarized from the requirements of high stiffness,lightweight and small thermal deformation of new materials for satellite structures.Finally,the demand for high-modulus carbon fiber composites in the future development of satellite structures in China is summarized,which provides reference and guidance for the application and development of high-modulus carbon fiber composites in satellite structures.
