摘要
随着汉语教学在越南的快速发展,私立汉语培训机构的汉语教师人数不断增加。本研究对越南岘港的六所私立汉语培训机构的教师专业发展现状和专业发展需求进行了调查。研究发现,私立机构汉语教师来源复杂,个体差异较大,虽有一定的专业发展需求,但缺少必要的引导。本研究认为要提高私立机构汉语教师专业水平,需要从顶层设计入手,由外而内推动海外本土中文教师专业化水平的提高。
With the rapid development of Chinese teaching in Vietnam,the number of Chinese teachers in private teaching institutions is increasing.A survey was conducted on the professional development of Chinese teachers in six institutes in Danang.It is found that the source of Chinese teachers in private institutions is complex and individual differences are large.Although there is a certain demand for professional development,there is a lack of necessary guidance.In order to improve the professional level of Chinese teachers in private institutions,we need to start with toplevel design and promote the professional level of overseas Chinese teachers from the outside to the inside.
