我国培育“时代新人”理念下的生涯教育反思与实践

Reflection and Practice of Career Education under the Concept of Cultivating “New People of the Times” in China

生涯教育是面向学生未来发展的一种教育活动,是教育与社会、学业与职业、现在与未来的连接点,在育人过程中有着独特的作用。从改革开放至今,随着个体在升学、就业等方面拥有越来越多的选择空间,我国的生涯教育在大学和高中阶段日益普遍,并在一定程度上发挥积极作用。但是,与培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的要求相比、与政策提出的目标相比,我国的生涯教育在实践层面还存在着功利性、碎片化和不平衡性等问题。应从培养社会主义建设者和接班人的高度出发、从解决社会主要矛盾出发、从高质量发展对人才培养的要求出发,重新审视生涯教育;从师资队伍建设、公平普及、核心价值观引领、系统化设计、新技术支撑等维度系统推进与时代要求相匹配的中国特色生涯教育发展。

Career education is an educational activity oriented to the future development of students.It is the connection point between education and society,academic work and occupation,the present and the future.It plays a unique role in the process of education.As individuals have more and more choices in terms of further education and employment,career education has become increasingly common in universities and high schools,and has played an active role to a certain extent since reform and opening up.However,compared with the requirements of cultivating new generation of the times who are responsible for national rejuvenation,and compared with the goals proposed by the policy,there are still problems of utilitarianism,fragmentation and imbalance in the practice of career education in our country.We should re-examine career education from the perspective of cultivating builders and successors,from solving the main social contradictions,and from the requirements of high-quality development for talent training;From the construction of teaching staff,fair popularization,core values guidance,systematic design,new technology support and other dimensions to promote the development of career education with Chinese characteristics matching the requirements of the times.
