国际形势的复杂多变以及世界范围内高等教育的大众化、普及化进程丰富了大学社会责任的内涵,赋予了大学新的时代使命。大学的精神理想与现实的社会问责相互耦合,共同构成了现代大学社会责任的主客观基础。在时代发展变迁中,大学社会责任的边界不断拓展,现代大学不仅应当通过"公共行动"服务国家和区域发展,也应当通过"共益行动"服务人类命运共同体。在当前新发展阶段,我国大学应立足自身内涵建设,服务国家发展战略需求;加强国际交流合作,提升高等教育国际影响力;关怀全球共同利益,在建设人类命运共同体的实践中主动担当。

The complexity of the international situation and the popularization of higher education in the world enrich the connotation of university social responsibility and endow the university with a new era mission.The spiritual ideal of university and the realistic social accountability are coupled,which together constitute the subjective and objective basis of modern university social responsibility.In the development and change of the times,the boundary of university social responsibility is constantly expanding.Modern universities should not only serve the national and regional development through"public action",but also serve the community of human destiny through"common interest action".In the new development stage,Chinese universities should base on the connotation construction of universities and serve the needs of national development strategy;Strengthen international exchanges and cooperation to enhance the international influence of higher education;Care for the global common interests and take the initiative in the practice of building a community of shared future for mankind.
