构建高校德育共同体:教育生态学的视角 被引量:16

Construction of Moral Education Community in Colleges and Universities: From the Perspective of Educational Ecology

摘要 教育生态学主张以要素联动思维和生态平衡思维从德育构成要素的相互关系和影响机理入手分析解决德育问题。德育共同体是教育生态学思想和方法在高校德育实践中的具体化应用。德育主体的协同性缺失、德育客体的片面性理解、德育介体的松散性链接和德育环体的表层性嵌入,使高校德育陷入了生态性困境,影响了德育共同体的形成。高校构建德育共同体应当从共同体的结构特征和德育的内在属性出发,在德育主体产生交互关系的场域内整体优化德育系统,在课堂微观场域中构建师生互动的教学共同体,在校园中观场域中构建校内协同的治理共同体,在社会宏观场域中构建内外联动的实践共同体。 Educational ecology advocates the combination of elements and ecological balance,analyzes and solves the moral education problems from the relationship and influence mechanism of the elements of moral education.Moral education community is the concrete application of the ideas and methods of educational ecology in the practice of moral education in colleges and universities.Due to the lack of coordination of moral education subject,one-sided understanding of moral education object,loose link of moral education intermediary and superficial embedment of moral education ring,moral education in colleges and universities has fallen into an ecological dilemma and affected the formation of moral education community.The construction of moral education community in colleges and universities should start from the structural characteristics of the community and the internal attributes of moral education,optimize the moral education system as a whole in the field of interaction between moral education subjects,construct the teaching community of teacher-student interaction in the classroom micro field,construct the collaborative governance community in the campus meso field,and construct the practice community of internal and external linkage in the social macro field body.
