Media Technology and Time Crisis as a “Modernity” Issue:Based on the Different Perspectives of Rosa and Byung-Chul Han

罗萨是当前法兰克福学派重要的批判理论家,他在多部作品中对"媒介技术与时间危机"展开研究。而韩裔德籍的理论家韩炳哲通过对罗萨"社会加速"理论的回应,使得两位学者在多部作品中形成了一种关于现代性问题的"对话"。在此基础上,两位学者发展出关于媒介技术与现代社会时间结构变化的不同批判路径,并提出了不同的解决方法,呈现出一种从"现代"到"后现代"的范式转换。

Hartmut Rosa is an important critical theorist of the Frankfurt School who has studied"media technology and time crisis"in many works.Byung-Chul Han,a Korean-German theorist,responded to Rosa’s theory of"social acceleration"which made the two scholars form a kind of"dialogue"on the issue of modernity in many of their works on which basis,the two scholars have developed different critical paths about media technology and the change of time structure in modern society,and put forward different solutions,showing a paradigm shift from"modern"to"post-modern".
