更好发挥农村基层党组织战斗堡垒作用——基于马克思主义政治发展观

新时代是充满机遇与变革的时代,全面深化改革是新时代我们党带领人民走向中华民族伟大复兴的重大举措。更好发挥农村基层党组织战斗堡垒作用是在党的建设领域进行深化改革的具体手段,对于加强和改进乡村治理具有重要意义。从我们党在农村基层党组织发展的脉络来看,农村基层党组织的发展整体上呈现出"纵向到底、横向到边"的态势。而这一发展进程顺应马克思主义的政治发展观,并以其作为指导。在马克思主义的政治发展观的影响下,可以从彰显村党组织领导乡村治理的体制机制优势、发挥基层党员带头乡村治理的先锋模范作用、重视社会主义核心价值体系的宣传教育意义等三个方面来更好地推进农村基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。

The New Era is full of opportunities and changes.Comprehensively deepening reform is essential for the C.P.C to leading the Chinese people to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Giving full play to the role of fighting fortress of party organizations on rural level is a concrete means to deepen the reform in the field of party construction,which is of great significance to strengthen and improve rural governance.From the perspective of the development of C.P.C in rural areas,the overall development presents a“vertical to the bottom and horizontal to the edge”trend.This process conforms to the Marxist view of political development,and takes it as the guidance.Under the influence of Marxist view of political development,the Fighting Fortress of the basic party organization in rural areas can be promoted in three aspects:showing the system and mechanism advantages of rural governance led by party organizations,Giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of the party members of C.P.C in terms of rural governance and attaching importance to the significance of publicity and education of the socialist core value system.
