社会网络、生活满意度与基层政府质量——基于江西部分区县的问卷调查

Social Network,Life Satisfaction and the Quality of Local Government :Based on Questionnaire Conducted on Districts and Counties in Jiangxi Province

论文借助结构方程模型和线性回归方程模型分析了社会网络、生活满意度与基层政府质量的关系。结果显示社会网络会对基层政府质量具有显著正效应;生活满意度对基层政府治理绩效和政府信任具有显著正效应,但对民主建设影响不太显著;社会网络和生活满意度不同指标对政府质量影响不尽相同。生活满意度的6个指标中,除家庭生活外,均会显著影响治理绩效;工作现状、家庭生活感知和社区(村庄)生活环境的感受会显著影响政府信任;除社区(村庄)生活环境之外,其他因素均不影响民主建设。社会网络的4个指标中,普遍人群信任、社交获得感会显著影响政府质量各方面,而亲密人群信任仅会对政府信任产生影响、社交付出仅会影响民主建设。因此,提升基层政府质量要注重居民所在村庄或社区等基层社会环境建设、促进普遍人群的信任和民众就业环境的改善。

We use questionnaire conducted on districts and counties in Jiangxi Province to analyze the relationship between social network,life satisfaction and the quality of local government by structural equation model(SEM)and linear regression equation model.The results show that social network has a significant positive effect on the quality of local government;life satisfaction has a significant positive effect on governance’s performance and trust of local government,but has no significant impact on democratic construction;different indicators of social network and life satisfaction have different effects on the quality of government.Besides family life,the other five indicators of life satisfaction affect governance performance significantly;working status,family life perception and community(village)living environment perception will significantly affect government trust;except community(village)living environment,other factors do not affect democratic construction.Among the four indicators of social network,the trust of the general population and the sense of social acquisition will significantly affect all aspects of government quality,while the trust of intimate groups will only affect the trust of government,and social expenditure will only affect the construction of democracy.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of local government,we should pay more attention to the construction of grass-roots social environment such as villages or communities where residents live,promote the trust of the general population and improve the employment environment of the people.
