Survey on rotavirus infection in 5 736 children with diarrhea

目的分析腹泻患儿轮状病毒感染现状,探讨防治措施。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年12月重庆市江津区中心医院收治的5736例腹泻住院患儿的病例资料,对比不同年龄、性别、户籍及季节轮状病毒检出率。结果5736例腹泻患儿中有1874例检测到轮状病毒抗原,阳性率为32.67%;2017、2018、2019年阳性率分别为32.97%、34.01%、30.99%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。>1~2岁患儿的轮状病毒阳性率最高,为39.16%;男性患儿轮状病毒阳性率为33.48%,略高于女性(31.52%)。轮状病毒阳性率有明显的季节性,1~3月最高,达50.71%。≤1岁轮状病毒阳性患儿的发热、呕吐占比高于阴性患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),腹泻次数则少于阴性患儿(P<0.001)。结论江津区中心医院腹泻患儿的轮状病毒感染率较高,>1~2岁年龄段为高发群体,冬季为高发季。

Objective To investigate rotavirus(RV)infection in children with diarrhea and discuss prevention and treatment strategies.Methods The data of 5736 children with diarrhea admitted to Jiangjin Central Hospital of Chongqing from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The detection rate of RV was compared between different ages,sexes,household types,and seasons.Results Among the 5736 children with diarrhea,a total of 1874 cases(32.67%)were positive for RV antigen.The positive rates of RV in 2017,2018,and 2019were 32.97%,34.01%,and 30.99%,respectively,showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The children>1-2 years old showed the highest positive rate(39.16%).The positive rate of RV in boys was 33.48%,slightly higher than girls(31.52%).The positive rate of RV had significant seasonality,which was highest(50.71%)during January to March.Among the children≤1 year old,RV positive cases showed significantly higher proportions of fever and vomiting(P<0.05)and a significantly lower frequency of diarrhea compared with RV negative cases(P<0.001).Conclusion RV infection rate in children with diarrhea in Jiangjin District Central Hospital was relatively high.It was more common in children aged>1-2 years,and more frequent in winter.
